Saturday 16th December: All the brands taking part in our Beckenham Christmas Market

We’re so proud and excited to be working with the one and only Liv Purvis on a two-day pop-up Christmas Market at the gorgeous Beckenham Place Mansion this December. As always at the event you can expect to find a line-up of 60 incredible small brands (30 different brands on each day, so you could even come twice if you wanted to!) Fashion

NEW! Up from a Dream: Featuring beautiful whimsical details like pretty frills and bows, we just know you’re going to love Olivia’s handmade and sustainable dresses, available in sizes 6-20.

Dot & Lorna: London-based maker Caitlin has been working hard on her brand new collection of waistcoats made from the most amazing patterned vintage and secondhand fabrics that now have pockets! As well as mega scrunchies!

Liv Purvis: The one and only Liv has been busy sourcing the most special vintage fashion treasures to bring an ultra curated edit of pre-loved pieces for you to shop at the market! She’ll be trading on both days.

Jewellery

NEW! Aamu Studio: Victoria designs earrings to brighten your day, each colourful and full of joy, inspired by fruits and flowers from nature. I think the tulips especially are the perfect gift.

NEW! Pond in the Fish: I know you’re all fans of chubby organic jewels and so you’re going to be crowding around Helen’s stall to bag one of her unique handmade pieces that are inspired by childhood memories and Asian culture.

NEW! The Workbench: Best friends Katie and Kirstie have created the most clever ring carving kits so you can create your own dream ring from home. Each kit includes everything you’ll need and all the instructions to complete a wax cast ring which you send off to be cast in solid metal.

Ray Makes Things: Your favourite pearl girl, jewellery designer Ray makes freshwater pearl beauties at her studio in South London, dedicated to offering beautiful and high quality pieces that are affordable too. These are always a best-seller.

Mandarina Studio: South East London-based maker Emily carefully weaves the teeniest shiny glass beads together to create gorgeous charms with a range of different symbols including fruits and flowers and the brand new Disco Cherry pieces!

MusΓ©e Roo: If you’ve been to one of our markets before, you might have seen a giant crowd congregating around Roo’s stalls, who’s handmade historically inspired pieces have got us all in a chokehold!

Hannah Bourn: With a huge appreciation of the beauty of nature, Hannah’s jewellery echoes the magical shapes and textures found on the beach. Respectful of the earth, she preserves the beautiful organic forms and imprints of shells through her handmade pieces.

Bags & Accessories

NEW! Alice Maughan: Alice’s wonderfully special embroidered illustrations adorn cushions, bags, patches and more and are made from the grooviest vintage 60s and 70s fabrics. The embroidered cat patches especially are just adorable!

NEW! Carolyn Sara Designs: Inspired by her Persian heritage, Carolyn’s knitted accessories and homeware shine with their vivid tones, daring colour combinations and interesting geometric patterns. Every piece is individually made from luxury lambswool using a vintage hand powered knitting machine in England.

NEW! Cydsline: Designer and maker Cydonie repurposes waste denim to create her absolutely iconic denim handbags and accessories. This is literally the stuff of my childhood B*Witched dreams and I can’t wait to shop the collection of handmade patchwork totes, bucket hats and pouches.

Studio Kyodai: It has to be one of the most hotly anticipated launches in the small business world this year, we’re all talking about Scarlett’s brand new Mou bag! She cleverly pieces together squares of scrap leather to create each checkerboard bag in South London.

Homeware

Studio Saunders: Deeply inspired by an at-home stained glass kit, Jess has since pursued an entirely new career in the incredible craft of glasswork, becoming a skilled master at creating the most incredible decorative pieces, all entirely handmade at her home studio in Essex.

Sienna Rose Wood: The South London artist Sienna creates one-of-a-kind embellished artwork, homewares and accessories from mostly repurposed, dead stock or vintage fabrics, so the results are always totally unique and really special. She’ll have gorgeous stockings at the market!

Loving String: As seen in Sienna Miller’s home, we couldn’t be more proud to welcome the wonderful Sarah back to our market where she’ll also have 20% off! With a background in Interior Design and styling, Sarah spent many years working on schemes for homes and hotels around the country before pouring her expertise into creating gorgeous cotton yarn lampshades.

Ceramics

NEW! Eloise Rose Ceramics: Eloise’s handmade ceramics are inspired by British heritage, in particular the most gorgeous porcelain jewellery. Recently, the artist has been working on a collection of pieces which incorporate cast treasures found whilst mudlarking next to the Thames, creating pieces that literally hold the history of London within.

NEW! Laura Bird: Laura cleverly infuses her handmade ceramics and illustrations together, creating really fun and useable pieces that are like miniature works of art in their own right. Her colours, shapes and patterns are a riot of joy.

NEW! Sofia Sullivan Ceramics: Sofia hand-builds functional ceramic pieces with the most wonderful rainbow-toned slips and glazes. Featuring interesting geometrical shapes, textures and mark-making, no two pieces can ever be the same making them all the more special.

Frannie Wise: Travelling from Edinburgh to take part in our market, the talented Frannie is bringing her beautiful collection of brand new ceramics and paintings just in time for Christmas. Inspired by landscapes, folktales and the links often found between the two, Frannie’s abstract work is whimsical, full of stories and characters and colour.

Art, Prints & Paper Goods

NEW! Natalia Bagniewska Design: Awash with giant strokes of colour and generous curvy shapes, my eyes want to spend time revelling in Natalia’s wonderful world. Capturing the joy in everyday life, her prints immortalise those little moments you never want to forget. She’ll have 6 brand new exclusive bowls launching at the market, made with Bisby Bisques!

Sarah Goodwin Design: Sarah is a talented artist from South London who has the most magical way of working with pattern and colour. A wonderful celebrant of craftsmanship, her giclΓ©e prints are printed on the finest paper from a 300 year old mill in the English countryside. You’ll love her best-selling scalloped edge mounts.

Sally Meier: Sally has such a special way of depicting homely interiors and beautiful holidays in her greetings cards and prints, that leave you dreaming about living in them! With a background in interior and prop styling it’s not hard to understand why. She’ll have her brand new 2024 calendar launching at the market featuring a different destination illustration for each month.

Kidswear

NEW! Me Little Love: Founder Kate turned her hobby of thrifting in to a business whilst on maternity leave, using her eye for uncovering hidden gems to source the cutest and best quality pieces of vintage fashion for your kids! With a love for those iconic 90s brands, find true vintage pieces as well as great condition items from the highstreet too.

Food & Drink

Cranston Pickle: Inspired by her grandparents who always made the best pickled eggs, Maker Fiona will be bringing a range of her delicious home pickly goods to the market, all handmade by her using fresh herbs and spices. She’ll also have her delicious homemade scotch eggs on the day too!!

Diggle Chocolates: Award-winning chocolatier Philly will be back with her new Christmas chocolate box - a gorgeously decorated box filled with individually handmade chocolates (which remind me of the ones on Matilda) plus hot chocolates, chocolate filled crackers (crowd pleaser!) and more. All the choccies are made by Philly right here in London using the freshest ingredients.

Hannah Bakes: Hannah is officially one of South London’s best bakers and so we’re absolutely thrilled that she’ll be back with us for our final market of the year. Hannah was taught to bake by her grandma and we can so tell - these are proper homebaked goodies. She’ll have with her a decadent array of treats with her including giant celebration cakes by the slice, flower brownies and all-butter mince pies
